Sixty homes participated in last year’s TETNA rummage event, and to carry on the tradition, TETNA expects another successful rummage day on Saturday, June 6. Neighbors have been collecting, organizing and pricing things they no longer need in hopes to earn a few dollars in the process.

Great reasons to join us for the TETNA Rummage:

It’s healthy: Walking the neighborhood is great exercise
It saves you money: Affordable deals help your bank account
It’s good for the environment: Reduce, reuse and recycle
Its fun!

The following volunteer and sponsorship opportunities are needed for a successful TETNA rummage:

Yard Signs: We need neighbors who are willing to post yard signs advertising the TETNA rummage. We also are looking for a business who would be interested in sponsoring the yard signs.

Forms: We need participating homes to display rummage directories during the day of the rummage. We also are looking for a business who would sponsor the photocopies.

Rummage Sale: Saturday, June 6 • 9am-3pm

It is never too early to start cleaning your closets, de-cluttering your garage and re-organizing your basement! TETNA will hold its annual neighborhood-wide rummage sale on Saturday, June 6th.

The deadline for Rummage registration, is Saturday, May 30th—this will give us one week to create and distribute a database map for our shoppers! (more…)
