North Avenue Needs a Weedeater

Here’s another great reason to attend our association meetings — we talk about the “bad” and then resolve to do something good! You probably noticed it this summer while strolling along North Avenue. Bobby Pantuso noticed it. He came to a recent TETNA meeting and discussed the abundant crop of weeds and grass overtaking North Avenue’s sidewalks in recent years. (more…)

Have you been searching for a book group that’s close to home? Many TETNA members expressed an interest in a neighborhood book club. We are happy to announce that Christina Piel has volunteered to head up this new TETNA group! Join the TETNA Playgroup!

A couple of moms in the neighborhood are getting together weekly in their homes or places like Barnes and Noble storytime, Betty Brinn, etc.. Currently, the ages of the children are 7 months and one year, and we’re welcoming more moms and kids to join us. Right now, we schedule gatherings pretty loosely,  but as we continue to gain new members, we can create more of a fixed schedule.
