TETNA resident, Jeanyi Kim, headlines Pabst Artist Series

The Pabst Theater’s 2009 Artist Series is shining the spotlight on the “stars of the MSO,” including an April 28th performance by TETNA resident, Jeanyi Kim. Violinist Kim is the Associate Concertmaster (Third Chair) of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and the Concertmaster of the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra.

The spring performance will begin with the violinist’s solos with piano accompaniment. The Philomusica – violinists Kim and Alexander Mandl, violist Nathan Hackett and cellist Adrien Zitoun – will play the second half. Kim recently formed the Philomusica String Quartet, which resides at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music.

The program begins at 7PM at the Pabst, 144 E. Wells St. All single-ticket seats are $20, reserved. Tickets are on sale now, visit the Pabst Theater website or call the Pabst box office at (414) 286-3663.
