However, I think I'm understanding that "creating and updating meetings in Google Calendar" via Sugar involves needing to use the Sugar meeting scheduler...rather than interfacing directly with Google in the portal? Does that mean that when I schedule a meeting in Sugar it will appear on Marcela's shared calendar? Or how does what you installed work... Thanks so much, Winnie Gary,

From a corporate perspective, I suppose being a non-user employee would mean something like being able to have tasks assigned to one. But how is this helpful to us?
