Make a Portal Visible to All

By default, Portals added by any user other than “admin” are created of type=personal. This is easily changed to global in a few short steps, as long as you are an administrator. Click and view any portal From the left shortcuts click “List Sites” Click the name of the calendar to edit Change its type from personal to global
