    Hello!
I think I need a WordPress username and password to post a comment. Okay if I sign myself up for that? Or do I have one I’m not aware of? :)

So, question! This is fun. If I make a change to the menu tabs or in general to an aspect of our SugarCRM account appearance, will everyone see that when they’re eventually logged in?

    Thanks!
    Winnie

No WordPress account is needed. I just have to approve your comment for it to display.

For Milwaukee Achiever purposes in using SugarCRM, what would be the point of entering employees who were not also users? From a corporate perspective, I suppose being a non-user employee would mean something like being able to have tasks assigned to one. But how is this helpful to us? I don’t plan to add any employees who aren’t going to have access to this interface…

    Thanks,
    W./

FYI – Milwaukee Achiever SITES is not responding in the portal view. I definitely agree that’s a good link to be able to access…

Apologies. I cannot figure out how to customize the categories and subcategories for the document storage. The available tags are probably not descriptive enough. Can this be done under my profile? The comment where you posted a reply to my question about how to change settings for all users seems to have expired.

    Gary,
I believe I’ve successfully edited the Google Calendar settings for myself, Anne and Donna, such that they/we are technically able to schedule meetings on Marcela’s calendar. However, I think I’m understanding that “creating and updating meetings in Google Calendar” via Sugar involves needing to use the Sugar meeting scheduler…rather than interfacing directly with Google in the portal? Does that mean that when I schedule a meeting in Sugar it will appear on Marcela’s shared calendar? Or how does what you installed work…

    Thanks so much,
    Winnie
