Delete an Employee-User

Q: How does one delete a duplicate or incorrect employee/user?

A: You don’t but I can in the database.

Employees/users are not deletable via the standard Sugar interface. This is by design in order to maintain records of users no longer active. Instead, it is recommended to set a user as on “leave of absence” or “terminated”. Of course, mistakes do happen and on occasion it really does make sense to delete a mistaken user entry. In this case please contact me to set the “deleted flag” to true.

Set the deleted field to true in the users table of your database.
